Keeping You Safe Our Response to COVID-19

We are taking extra precautions consistent with recommendations from the CDC and local health officials as follows:

  1. All individuals, at all times, must maintain a physical distance of at least 6 feet between persons.
  2. For the safety of everyone, we respectfully request that any guests who are not feeling well, or currently have a fever please do not visit our dealership. Additionally, if a guest resides in a household where another resident has tested positive for COVID-19, please do not visit our dealership.
  3. Our teammates are prohibited from coming to work if he or she is feeling sick, has a fever, or resides in a household where another resident has tested positive for COVID-19.
  4. We are providing disposable gloves for test drives, and disinfecting every vehicle following any test drive.
  5. We are requiring employees to wash their hands using soap and water for at least twenty (20) seconds as frequently as possible and numerous times throughout the day, plus have provided hand sanitizer for everyone throughout the dealership.
  6. We are regularly disinfecting high-touch surfaces throughout the dealership, throughout the day.
  7. We encourage any guest to utilize our online sales and complimentary no contact at-home delivery. You are welcome to shop our inventory on this website and call or email us to arrange delivery.

Tarr is Taking Precautions to Keep You Safe in the Wake of the COVID-19 Virus

We want you to know we have taken extra measures to keep our facility as clean as possible, and to offer new convenient options for pickup and delivery services. We have a huge selection of vehicles, and we believe that you should be able to continue your car buying process without feeling at risk. Through this unexpected pandemic, we are doing everything that we can to keep you in mind, and to keep you healthy and happy. We are doing everything that we can to help you continue on with your daily life, and to be able to conveniently utilize our services and resources while still remaining safe.

What We're Doing to Help

One of the things that we are doing to help is working to ensure that there is extra disinfectant available, and that our dealership is in pristine condition. We are constantly wiping down doorknobs, railings and other highly trafficked areas. We are also asking all employees who may not be feeling well to remain at home during this time.

The comfort and safety of our staff and customers is of utmost importance to us and selling or servicing a car is something that we can do at another time. We are currently open, but we will be reassessing the COVID-19 situation every day.

Convenient Options We Have Added

We are pleased to offer pick up & delivery services for our customers in both sales & service departments. If you don't feel comfortable leaving home, we'll make it convenient for you to do business with us.

We are offering to pick up your vehicle at home or work, bring it to our dealership to be serviced, and deliver it back to you when complete. (Must be within a 15-mile radius, call us for more details and to schedule ahead of time.) Also, all of our inventory is shoppable online. We are even offering to deliver your new car to your home after the purchase is complete without having to visit us at all.

  • We are offering free pickup & delivery services for many vehicle repairs and services. We will pick up your vehicle from your home and return it to you when repairs are complete, so you don't have to leave home. (within 15 miles of dealership)
  • We are pleased to offer free, no obligation at-home test drives if you are in the market for a new car. From our lot to your driveway, we'll bring it right to you.
  • If you would like to purchase a vehicle from home, we have online tools ready to help you complete necessary paperwork and information right from your couch. Once complete, we'll deliver your new car to your home free of charge. (within 25 miles)
  • Our collision center is offering curb-side estimates, stay in your vehicle while we asses any damage and receive a free estimate for the repairs. At-home estimates are also available.
