Responsibilities
As a Hyundai Service Advisor, you are responsible to help build relationships and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their experience. More in-depth responsibilities include:
- Managing a high volume of incoming calls.
- Building sustainable relationships and trust with our customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Identifying and assessing our customer’s service needs.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using proper methods and tools.
- Handle customer appointment requests and provide appropriate service solutions and alternatives to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts as well as file documents.
- Meet service team targets.
- Follow Tarr’s communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
You must have a pleasant personality, strong customer service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, and have a valid driver’s license.
